Traineeship Program

We at DEKRA believe that a workplace is not just a place where you work, but a social environment where people come together to deliver and also to get something: intellectual goods - like gaining experience and knowledge.
The Traineeship Program of DEKRA Technology & Services is part of this approach, where intellectual capital will be shared with young people who are about to take their first steps in the big, wide world but lack experience. It is extremely beneficial as they get insights into how a business works, what career paths can they acquire, and of course, gain such experience that is relevant and marketable.
Each trainee spends a set period of time in the area they are interested in and that matches their skills, giving them a comprehensive insight into everything the center is doing in global IT. The 12-month rotating trainee program enables the chosen ones to gain initial experience in five areas: People Management & Communication, Cyber Security, Digitalization, Global IT Operations or Project Management.
