Your contribution to achieving global safety, security, and sustainability:
- You contribute to the development and implementation of a group-wide corporate strategy including business models and the strategic action plan
- You are involved in the execution of the strategy process and the annual strategy review on top management level.
- You manage international strategic projects with close involvement of the business units and top management.
- You advise business units and functions in strategy development.
- You moderate international workshops, collaborate with internal stakeholders and steer external partners

- Owning skills at least 5 years experience in the working area of strategy, business development, solid Project Management and advisory skills, strong analytical skills and business acumen, outstanding communicator with strong social competences,
- Completed studies in business, economics, or a comparable professional qualification,
- Fluent in Business English, German and other languages are an advantage,
- Believing that the whole is more than the sum of its parts: a.k.a. teamwork is essential to move forward,
- Being eager to share knowledge across departments and being open to acquire knowledge from others too,
- Taking education and self-development as a fundamental part of your routine
