Salesforce – FSM Developer
Since its foundation in 1925, DEKRA has been ensuring the safety of human interaction with technology and the environment through a tradition of innovative thinking. This approach is something we strive to embrace, whether it's in the practical tasks our employees perform or in the community-shaping office life.
In just two years, DEKRA Nearshore Center has grown from a concept to a rapidly growing company that is a cornerstone of the parent company's global IT infrastructure.
Your contribution to achieving global safety, security, and sustainability:
- Salesforce Developers support Technical Architects and Admins and other roles by extending the platform using code. Whilst Salesforce declarative functionality can cover most requirements, there may come a time where you need custom integration, complex Apex code or Lightning development.
- Collaboration with the Salesforce Technical Architects and Administrator to validate business requirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits).
- Developing Apex Classes and Triggers, as well as test classes for all custom development.
- Custom user interface development, including Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components and Lightning Web Components.
- Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization.
- Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write/maintain test classes for all custom development.
- Manage refinement, development and testing of the enhancements (taking into account the DoR and DoD).
- Solutioning and effort estimation for requirements.
- Agile delivery of the user stories in a prioritized manner (by DEKRA PO) within regular sprints and according to overall capacity.
- Technical documentation (code and Confluence).
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders to understand requirements, develop strategies to meet architecture/technology needs and improve organizational performance.
