What you will be doing:
Develop, implement and maintain communication & localization strategy for information security that includes DEKRA worldwide outreach and content creation for learning management platforms
Research and write content for the company website (intranet), eLearning platform, social media platforms, infographics, blogs and newsletters
Arrange, coordinate and maintain review of translated content with regional and local information security officers within DEKRA
Monitoring social media and company website metrics
adhere to the company’s style guide, ensuring that we produce a high-quality and error-free copy
Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of the company’s information security policies, principles, and strategies, and keep up-to-date with relevant DEKRA internal developments
arrange and coordinate information security events and demands from various DEKRA entities worldwide
Work with Global Information Security team and Infosec Global Awareness & Training team to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the company’s information security strategy, security incidents of threats and in support of various security initiatives
Support and evaluate results of communication campaigns and security events with the team
Build and mantain relationships with regional and local information security officers within DEKRA
We need someone who has:
Bachelors’ degree in communications, journalism, public relations or a related field
2+ years of experience in communications strategy development
experience with training and learning methods and techniques for education are nice to have
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work and interact remotely with international teams
Works well under pressure and meets deadlines
Experience with MS Office, any Learning Management tool and related business and communication tools
Readiness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
Content writing experience for all media platforms
Proven Social Media and networking expertise
Strategic and creative mindset
Meticulous attention to detail
Fluent English and German language, additional language expertise are nice to have
