What you will be doing:
You will support SAP modules for Field Service Management in international use and will be responsible for user support and consulting.
In addition, you will create solution concepts based on business requirements and administer and configure SAP FSM in interaction with related modules (especially SAP Service)
You develop enhancements for SAP Field Service Management solutions
In addition, you will be involved in the creation of training materials
Documentation of your programmed and configured solutions is also part of your tasks
We need someone who has:
proficient in SAP FSM solution (web and mobile applications) with hands-on configuration and extension experience in Field Service Management console and leading the customer on FSM business processes across all roles
Configuration and development capabilities in web and mobile applications (such as Java Script)
knowledgeable with FSM Analytics/Reports dashboards and FSM Master Data Objects
experience with configuring and extending sub-modules within FSM: Resource planner, Technician Skills Management module, Time and Material Journal approval functionality, Smartform settings, Crowd Service and Customer Self-Service functionality
integration experiences with other SAP functional domains such as plant maintenance, sales and distribution, inventory management, materials management, and logistics execution modules
Demonstrated team leadership
Prior working experience with SAP Field Service Management
Robust consulting skills, incl. familiarity with MS Office products (Powerpoint, Excel, Word) and extensive presentation capabilities
Good German and English Language Skills
