What you will be doing:
Advising HR departments on the implementation of suitable HR software, including process mapping, creating the design concept, comparing solutions and planning the integration of the solution into the HR system landscape
construction, support, configuration and further development of the existing HR systems SAP SuccessFactors with focus on Recruiting & Onboarding
Technical advice to the specialist department in the analysis and definition of HR processes
Management of external consultants
Sub-project management
We need someone who has:
Completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable professional qualification
Practical experience (+2 years) in the design, configuration and further development of SuccessFactors
Experience in the SuccessFactors modules Performance & Goals & Succession & Development
Good end-to-end HR proces know-how
very good english language skills, other foreign languages are welcomed
