As an Infrastructure Operations Analyst in our Command Control Centre you will be responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly regarding the Infrastructure Topics.

Describing your tasks in detail, your responsibilities will include...
Being the first-line analyst (provide first support, prioritize & classify, escalate)
Providing support for Infrastructure Topics (Server, Storage, Network)
Following the progress status of the raised incidents
Monitoring of servers, network components, services, and applications based on the ITSM Tool
Restarting of servers, services, and applications (based on request or incidents)
Execution of software updates/deployments (based on working instructions)
Documentation of the performed activities and filling in the knowledge database
What makes you the best fitting candidate:
You have experience in security incident management
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
You have gained at least 3-5 years experience within Windows or Linux Servers or AIX or server virtualization management
You are able to multitask and work independently and also as part of a team
You are willing to work in shift working system 24/7
What is a nice-to-have but not mandatory:
Some network components (like CISCO Routers/ Switche) experience
VMWARE, CITRIX experience
Azure Cloud experience
ITIL Knowledge or certification
Some knowledge of data exchange tools (FTP/SFTP/...), VPN IPSec
